General FAqs

  • You can expect to receive the cards that relate to the character you bought. For example, if you purchased Spider-Man, you will receive the cards designated for the Spider-Man character spot.

  • Please contact us as we track your card across every step of its journey using industry-leading cameras from when it’s pulled from the pack until it’s in the possession of the carrier.

  • We are unaware of the contents in the boxes or cases so it is possible for you to not get a hit. This is part of group breaks and needs to be taken into consideration when purchasing a break spot. If you do not hit a card in the break our fulfillment team will include base cards or a pack into your package.

  • It depends on the product. Please check the description of each listing and/or ask the breaker via chat if we’re shipping the base cards for that particular product.

  • There are some cards that may have multiple characters, athletes or teams. This can be tricky in a group break, where everyone is assigned a different spot. If the multi card does not have a designated spot, then all eligible parties will be entered in a random wheel spin provided by the platform where the break is taking place. A spot will be issued for every qualifying character, athlete or team. It is possible for people to have more than one spot on a wheel spin. The winner of the wheel spin will receive the card.

  • This is subjective from product to product but the following is a base guideline: Significant numbered cards, case hits, or short print inserts.

  • You can purchase from us via Whatnot (@breakersrowe) or Fanatics Live (@breakersrowe) where we stream the product openings.

  • Our goal is to ship all orders as soon as possible, with an average prep time of 1 to 2 business days. Exact shipping time varies based on shipping service selected and delivery location.

  • Breakers Rowe does not tolerate hate speech, sexism, racism, or discrimination of any kind. The breakers and mods have the authority to ban you from the livestream. The best advice on how not to get banned is to keep it PG.

  • A mod helps the breaker run the show. They can review and manage comments viewers leave in the chat, message customers during the break, and ban viewers from going over the line. They are typically assigned by the breaker either before or during the stream. Please be respectful to our mods who help make our community a better place!

HELPFUL HOBBY TERMINOLOGY

  • Refers to the live stream host responsible for selling/opening the products on stream. Can also be referred to as a streamer or live host.

  • A container that holds a set number of trading card boxes. Most trading card cases contain 12 boxes or more. As soon as the tape on the case is broken and the boxes are removed, it is no longer considered “sealed.”

  • A sealed container that holds a set number of cards. Trading card boxes can contain as little as one pack or up to 30+ packs of cards.

  • A Case Break refers to a break (in any format) that is a sealed case of one specific product. For example, a Character Break of a sealed Upper Deck 2013 Marvel Fleer Retro case.

  • A "case hit" refers to a particularly rare or valuable card that is guaranteed to be found within a sealed case of trading card boxes. A case typically contains a specific number of boxes, and the case hit is a special card that is considered a premium or high-end pull.

  • Hobby boxes are high-end boxes that typically contain a higher number of cards, including more premium cards such as guaranteed autographs, additional inserts, memorabilia cards and other cards exclusive to only hobby products. Hobby boxes are typically only available online, at card shops, or at card shows.

Retail boxes often have a lower card count and may not include as many premium cards or guaranteed autographs. Retail boxes are widely available at stores such as Walmart and Target.

  • A repack refers to a product that contains cards/memorabilia that were acquired on the secondary market and repackaged into a new product instead of coming directly from the original manufacturer. Repack products that contain cards typically come with a floor/ceiling value for each box (the lowest/highest market value card that may come out of the box).
